Report: Dropouts to Diplomas
Connecticut's schools are still failing large numbers of their students, according to the report "Dropouts to Diplomas: Closing the Attainment Gap in Connecticut High Schools" released on September 28, 2010 by the Connecticut State Advisory Committee to the US Civil Rights Commission.
Richard A. Wilson is chairman of the Connecticut Advisory Committee to the U.S. Civil Rights Commission and is a professor of anthropology and law and head of the Human Rights Institute at the University of Connecticut.
